Hi!, thanks for the reply.As you mentioned that you need to know why did I suggest you to install a different driver than the one in your PC.The Broadcom website I suggested contains all the Bluetooth drivers for all the PC's running windows 10.So it does not list out the driver for one particular model.But the driver that I suggested should help fix the Bluetooth problem with your laptop.If the above steps do not work try updating Bluetooth driver for windows 7 using compatibility mode.You can1. Place the driver installation file on the Desktop.2. Right Click the driver installation file and select Properties/Compatibility Tab.
Select the appropriate options in from the list in the following image.3. Click Apply/OK.4.

It has a Bluetooth Device (RFCOMM Protocol TDI) shown under Device Manager, but has the yellow triangle with an exclamation mark. The drivers listed under the device are bthenum.sys and rfcomm.sys.Under Settings there is a 'Bluetooth and Other Devices', but no Bluetooth icon. The Troubleshooter returns 'Device does not have Bluetooth.
